This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our AI-powered executive assistant service at jarvisea.com (the "Service").

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

  • Email address
  • Name (if provided through Google Sign-In)
  • Profile picture (if provided through Google Sign-In)

Google Account Data

When you connect your Google account, JarvisEA accesses the following data with your explicit permission:

  • Gmail: Read, search, and compose emails to help you manage your inbox and draft responses
  • Google Calendar: View, create, and manage calendar events to help you schedule meetings and find free time
  • Google Contacts: Read contact information to help you find email addresses and contact details

Conversation Data

We store your conversations with JarvisEA to:

  • Provide chat history so you can review past interactions
  • Improve the AI's understanding of your preferences over time
  • Store relevant information in your personal memory for future reference

Meeting Transcripts

If you upload meeting transcripts, we process them to:

  • Extract summaries, action items, and key insights
  • Store relevant information for future reference and queries

How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively to provide and improve the JarvisEA Service:

  • AI Processing: Your data is processed by AI models to understand your requests and provide helpful responses about your emails, calendar, and contacts
  • Personalization: We use memory features to remember your preferences and provide more relevant assistance over time
  • Service Improvement: We analyze usage patterns to improve the Service (in anonymized, aggregated form)
  • Communication: We may send important service updates to your email address

AI Processing Disclosure

JarvisEA uses artificial intelligence to process your requests and data. This means:

  • Your emails, calendar events, and other data are sent to AI language models to generate responses
  • AI processing happens in real-time when you make requests
  • The AI may extract and store relevant facts and preferences in your personal memory
  • AI-generated responses are provided as assistance and should be reviewed before taking action

Data Storage and Security

We take the security of your data seriously:

  • Account Data: Stored securely in Supabase with encryption at rest and in transit
  • Google Tokens: OAuth tokens are encrypted and stored securely; we never store your Google password
  • Memory Data: Personal memories are stored in Mem0's secure cloud infrastructure, isolated per user
  • Chat History: Conversation logs are stored in our secure database, accessible only to you

Third-Party Services

JarvisEA uses the following third-party services to operate:

  • Google APIs: For Gmail, Calendar, and Contacts access (subject to Google's Privacy Policy)
  • Supabase: For authentication and data storage
  • Mem0: For AI memory management
  • OpenRouter: For AI language model access
  • Vercel: For frontend hosting
  • Render: For backend hosting

Google API Services User Data Policy

JarvisEA's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, we:

  • Only use Google user data to provide the features you request
  • Do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service
  • Do not use Google user data for advertising purposes
  • Do not allow humans to read your Google data unless required for security, legal compliance, or with your explicit consent

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can:

  • Delete Chat History: Clear your conversation history at any time from the Settings page
  • Disconnect Google: Revoke JarvisEA's access to your Google account at any time
  • Delete Account: Request complete deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us

Upon account deletion, we will delete all your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

For All Users

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Disconnect third-party service access

For EU/EEA Users (GDPR)

  • Right to data portability
